The Mountian Yurt
Nestled in the valley of a trio of mountains, this concrete 3D-printed yurt-style house includes an open floor plan living room and kitchen on the first floor, as well as a mud room and full bathroom. This property makes for the perfect getaway for 2 as the master bedroom is located up a spiral staircase in the main room and is the only room on the second floor. The skylight allows you to see the stars from bed and the floor-to-ceiling windows draw sweeping views of the stream and wilderness. Outside the bedroom is a second floor, 360 degree balcony that shows the backyard which is fully equipped for lounging or cooling off in the water.
The Beachfront Villa
This 5 bed, 4 bath villa printed on a secluded beachfront estate is perfect as a private residence or as a vacation home for the whole family. Walking into the entrance you’re greeted with a combined living space including a full kitchen + island and a sitting area for relaxing with a view of the beach. This house has all the amenities you could want for living or vacationing, like the 3 car concrete garage for ultimate protection of vehicles and the upstairs gym stocked to hit all muscle groups without disturbing downstairs due to sound insulating properties.
